In the film, the actress stars as Joy Maÿgaÿo—tthe woman who invented the Miracle Mop and went on to become president of Ingenious Designs. It was directed by David O. Rossell and stars Lawrece’s former “Silver Lilies Playbook” co-stars Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro.
